Awesome Hair Repair Trick for damaged hair

Olive oil!
yes the same kind you cook with!
1. I recommend doing with head over bathtub/shower* Pour olive oil into hands a little at a time and apply to your hair and scalp.
2. Place a plastic bag over your hair, secure by tying or with a hair clip or clothespin, and allow the oil to remain for 15 to 30 min
3. Rinse well, with warm (not hot) water. then shampoo as usual.
